Amidst this data deluge, my innate curiosity and passion for solving problems with logical precision led me to the realm of data analytics, a contemporary solution for most business challenges.

With a purpose-driven approach, I bring over 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in AS-IS TO-BE process mapping, change management, and process automation within the dynamic eCommerce/Retail sector.

🚀 Spearheaded Stock Automation Project: Led a stock automation initiative, updating stock levels across all platforms resulting in a substantial boost in productivity, saving a remarkable 250+ hours annually - allowing for a strategic shift towards sales optimization.

🔄 Warehouse Operations Optimization: Conducted AS-IS TO-BE process mapping, crafting functional specifications/user stories for automating warehouse operations resulting in a 20% improvement in operational efficiency and a 10% reduction in costs.

📈 Power BI Dashboard Enhancement: Elevated stock data analysis by enhancing Power BI dashboard features with DAX Query. Achieved a 2x increase in stock turnover and optimized discount rates, striking the delicate balance between increased sales and sustained profits for efficient inventory planning.
